Set up using document camera & projector & microphone. Each author who wished to do so read their book (or selections -- up to two minutes) then we had refreshments -- a Costco cake (though says “serves 48” served 60+ participants with leftovers), animal crackers,  chocolate cookies, water and “champagne” -- sparkling apple cider in 3 oz. cups. Note: no one sat on the mats, everyone wanted chairs.

Before and after the reading, played Bobby McFerrin’s CD “Paper Music” J734 MCFE
